A small operation, not a franchise
We started NorthPoint Properties because we were already buying and holding rental property ourselves, and kept meeting homeowners who wanted a straightforward option that didn't involve listing, showings, or waiting months for the right buyer.
How we got here
Before NorthPoint Properties existed as its own thing, we were buying rental property on our own money, doing the work ourselves, and learning what actually makes a property deal fair to both sides. That experience is the whole reason this business exists: we know what it feels like to sit across the table from a seller and negotiate honestly.
We're not a national chain running a script through a call center. When you reach out, you're talking to the same people who own the properties and make the offers.
A few things we won't do
No pressure tactics
If our offer isn't right for you, or the timing isn't right, that's a fine answer. We'd rather have an honest no than talk someone into something.
No mass texting
We only text people who reach out to us first through this site. We don't buy lead lists and blast them, and we don't send anything you didn't ask for.
No hidden fees
There's no commission and no listing fee when you sell to us directly. Whatever number we agree on is the number.
