NorthPoint Properties ("we," "us," "our"), a DBA of Harbor Entities LLC, helps property owners who are considering selling their home connect with us about a potential offer. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, including through text messaging, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this website or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, and property address, so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not collect information about you from any source other than what you give us directly.

Text messaging (SMS) consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from NorthPoint Properties related to your inquiry about selling your property, for example follow-up questions, scheduling a call, or discussing an offer. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts after that.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email harborentities@gmail.com.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • We only send text messages to people who submitted their phone number through a lead form on this website or otherwise contacted us directly and consented to be texted. We do not send text messages to numbers we did not receive consent for, and we do not send cold marketing text blasts.

Opt-in data is not shared for marketing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us only to respond to and follow up on your inquiry about selling your property, including reaching you by phone, text, or email. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep your inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations. Records of SMS consent (what you agreed to and when) are retained for at least four years to satisfy carrier and regulatory requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing harborentities@gmail.com or by replying STOP to any text message.
